Dashboard

• All the documents and certifications are listed on the separate dashboard of ISM module with the type of docs, expiry counter in number of days, and ID of each document.
• Reports are prepared and listed on dashboard with completion date, type of procedure from which the report is related to, group and creator it belongs to, and its ID.

Home

• Standard or customized procedures can be added and defined to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
• ISM module allows you to define tasks and rules under new Procedure with the help of toolbox consisting Header, Checkboxes, Text Input, Multi-line Input, and paragraph fields.

Groups

• Groups are the bunch of procedures defined by admin or any other authority.
• While creating a procedure it is mandatory to define a group under which the procedure has to be created.
• If no group is specified, then first create a group under Group section of ISM module, and then add a procedure.

Reports

• Reports are created timely for every procedure to be followed on daily, weekly or monthly bases for different Yachts separately.
• While creating a new report one can define procedure, date of completion, Yacht it is creating for, and the group under which a particular procedure lies.
• One can also select number of defined conditions, rules and regulations to be followed as per the standard or additional requirement.

Pages

• Pages section hold the list of all the pages whether related to internal or fleet instructions as per the department or category of tasks.
• New pages can be listed by adding new pages and describing the type or category of page like accounting and insurance pages.

Fleet Instructions

• Instructional documents are listed and new documents can be uploaded for different departments under each page type.
• Different departments include listing of instructional documents for pages like maintenance, engine, nautical, chartering, accounting, insurance, safety, and personnel.

Company Info

• ISM Module’s setting section includes company’s information like name, address, type of industry, Pin code, PAN number etc.
